Athens and provides a full range of services in the fields of construction management, property valuations, renovations
and asset management
Dora Antoniou is a holder of the specialisation programme “Real Estate Investment and Finance” and she is a certified REV Appraiser and registered with the Ministry of Finance.
During her studies she worked at the office of “Ioannis Mavrakis – F. Karidakis” involved in the design an delivering of major infrastructure projects including
bridging and tunnels.

At 2002
Employee of “Icarus ATE” for four years as a contraction manager, dealing mainly with public infrastructure projects.
2006 – 2017
Freelance expert for private and public projects characterized by technical engineering, architecture, road and bridge construction and real estate appraisals.
2017 – 2022
Leading member of the appraisals department of the company “Cerved Property Services” as well as a Project Manager.
2019 – now
Presenter for seminars and workshops for SEKE and ELIE on issues related to the appraisal and the Greek real estate market.
Our Team
Nisidi Despina • Civil Engineer
Despina has been a certified REV (Recognized European Valuer) appraiser since 2012, registered in the Ministry of Finance’s Appraisers Registry. She holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras. She has been involved in property appraisals since 2003. She joined Atcon in 2023 and is responsible for providing technical due diligence for assets and Property Valuations.
Sioutos Giorgos • Architectural Engineer
Giorgos completed his Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering at Democritus University of Thrace in 2022. During his studies, he received education on every aspect of design, with a specific focus on synthesis and the integration of theory and practice to shape contemporary architecture. His thesis focused on reimagining and redesigning public spaces from a more sustainable perspective. He proposed the establishment of a Research Center for Urban Farming in Protomagias Square, located in the heart of Athens, with a primary emphasis on its educational and cultural benefits for the city’s residents. He joined Atcon in 2022 and assumed the role of providing technical due diligence for assets.
Petrakou Eirini • Architectural Engineer
Eirini completed her Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering at Democritus University of Thrace in 2023. Alongside her studies, she worked in a technical office, where she was employed in the areas of planning, providing technical due diligence for assets and issuing permits. In her studies, she was trained in all scales of architectural design, history, and theory, focusing on the importance of the interaction of elements to form the whole. In her thesis, she dealt with the role of the landscape in architecture, the importance of the place for humans, and alternative tourism through the promotion of local materials and arts, elements that were included in a proposal for the regeneration of an area of Andros with the aim of developing the arts. She joined Atcon in 2023 and is responsible for providing technical due diligence for assets and issuing permits.
Kostopoulos George • Civil Engineer TE
George completed his studies at the ATEI Piraeus School, in the Department of Civil Engineering in 2013. In his studies, he was trained in the subject of application of the Technological, Procedural, Institutional and Ethical framework, in the design of building details, the calculation of the design of a load-bearing organism, the pathology of constructions, the technology of building materials and their integration into building projects. In his thesis he dealt with the energy upgrade of a primary school in Kallithea. He worked at the technical company “DEKA TECHNIKI O.E.” in the construction of a rainwater conduit, at “EXALCO A.E. ALUMINUM INDUSTRY”. He joined Atcon in 2022 in the area of Property Valuations.
Mouroutsos Vasileios • Civil Engineer TE
Vasileios completed his studies at the ATEI Athens School, in the Department of Civil Engineering T.E. (formerly Infrastructure Works). During his studies, he specialized in Mechanical Engineering applications, Seismic Design, and Material Strength. He conducted his thesis on the topic of the first Nearly Zero Energy Bioclimatic Building (Energy Class A+++) in Greece. Additionally, he is a graduate of the “Computer-Aided Design” department of an IEK, where he received training in 3D photorealistic modeling. He worked at TOXOTIS S.A. as a Civil Engineer on projects related to the DEI (Public Power Corporation) electrical network and specialized in construction site and construction safety. He has also designed and supervised the interiors of numerous residences and stores. He became a member of ATCON in 2022 and is involved in interior and exterior design work, as well as in the field of Technical Inspections and Building Permit Issuance.
